We collect the data you voluntarily provide through the contact form: name, e-mail address and, if entered, phone number, stay dates, number of guests and the message text. We use them solely to respond to your requests for information and availability.

We also process, with your consent, browsing data in aggregated form for statistics and marketing purposes (see the Cookie Policy).

• To respond to requests sent through the form: performance of pre-contractual measures at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
• For statistics and marketing cookies: your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), which can be withdrawn at any time.

Data may be processed by providers acting as data processors on our behalf, including the e-mail service provider (Aruba S.p.A.) and, limited to browsing data and subject to consent, Google (Google Analytics and Google Ads). Data is not disclosed or sold to third parties for their own purposes.
